Summer travel season is finally here! People are definitely lounging in the airport halls waiting for their flights, or in the beach working on their tan, or hitting the road to catch the best view of the sunset on the cliff.
Indeed, travelling is a good and fun way to enjoy with family and friends. But travel is not for everyone. Some people are having anxieties during travel or at the thought of travelling– either by plane, boat, train or even long road trips.
Travel anxiety is not really an easy condition. People often have had to experience the worst breakdowns- and it’s sad because then how would they be able to travel and see more of the world?

Identify Your Stress
It is better that you know what is causing you anxiety, what is stressing you out- the long counter lines? the long hour flights? or even the simplest carrying a luggage bag?

Do Yoga Before Your Travel Day
Not just yoga but any source of relaxation activities for you. It is best that you already prepare yourself, your mind and body to travel. Of course, it is typically normal to have travel anxiety and you are definitely not alone in this battle- people are experiencing it too, it is just that yours was too overboard.
What you need to do is to help yourself out and remind yourself that your anxiety isn’t winning over you.
